Sales Law - Northern Ireland

Although governed by the same rules as the rest of the UK, there are some property schemes and regulations that are different in Northern Ireland. This course is designed for estate agents operating in Northern Ireland and will cover core issues that are central to ensuring they remain compliant.

Attendees will understand more about the background of law in estate agency, who regulates the sector and the responsibilities of the employer and employee.

With legislation and the penalties for non-compliance changing all the time, this course will help agents to stay within the boundaries of the law. It will also cover real-life examples of how the law has been breached in Northern Ireland and the penalties issued.

All estate agents working in Northern Ireland who wish to formalise their understanding of the relevant legislation.
