Residential Asset Management

This course will examine the strategic and practical elements of residential asset management. Attendees will understand how effective asset management can help them meet the increasing demands of investors, owner occupiers, tenants and social landlords.

The session will blend strategies with practical exercises, culminating in attendees preparing their own asset management plan to ensure the performance of their properties is maximised. Delegates will also understand the range of financial matters that govern property ownership, as well as recognising the importance of regulation, statutory compliance and the measurement of property performance.

Kevin Aspin, ICBA Trainer

Kevin Aspin

Kevin is a practising Chartered Surveyor having qualified with first class accreditation in 1990. Kevin has over thirty years experience in commercial property and specialises in Valuation, Asset Management and Commercial Property Management. Kevin also assists many organisations with the development of their property strategies.

Kevin lectures at the University of Salford on both under and postgraduate property degree courses as well as being a retained trainer for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Kevin is a popular and regular Speaker at Property Conferences.

In his limited spare time, Kevin manages a Junior football team and enjoys national heritage.
