Annual AML and Financial Crime Seminar

The AMLP Forum is an association of AML, financial crime, anti-corrupition and sanctions compliance professionals from the financial, insurance, MSBs, charity, gambling, legal, accounting, extractive, aerospace & defence sectors.

The 13th annual masterclass and seminar will be taking place over two days, from 20 - 21 March 2017 and we are offering all NAEA members a 10% discount.

The event begins with pre-seminar masterclasses which will be taking place on 20 March, with all presentations and working material handouts provided on memory stick for you to take away and your delegate place will also including breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

The day has been split into two streams, each will need to be booked separately.

STREAM A - 09:00 – 12:30 (Breakfast will be served from 8:15) 
09:00 – 10:30: Lessons from recent AML enforcement cases – key points for the industry 
11:00 – 12:30: FCA onsite visits – how to prepare for, manage & close out?

STREAM B - 13:30 – 17:00 (Lunch will be served from 12:30) 
13:30 – 15:00: Piercing the corporate veil – a look through legal offshore and onshore structures 
15:30 – 17:00: Tax evasion vs avoidance – the typologies and red flags

The all-day seminar will be held on 21 March from 09:00 to 17:00 and is a cross-industry event bringing together leading stakeholders to discuss the latest AML/CTF & financial crime strategies and solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for busy AML & financial crime prevention professionals to get their key updates and answers from relevant high ranking officials in a one-day session.
