New promotional items for valuation visits

If you've not logged into the online shop in a while, now is the time. We've got a whole host of products designed to help you, including some new ones.

As a response to requests from NAEA Propertymark members, we've created our very own 'Kid's Activity Pack' with illustrated designs created in-house. The idea is that you download the resources and use them in your pitch pack when you are valuing a house for a potential new vendor. We've even made them so that you can add your own logo, and it's hoped that by involving children early on in the process that the whole family become engaged.

Included is a colouring sheet featuring a family on the move, designed to allow you to personally connect with the vendor’s family and bridge the gap between the adult and the child world, something which isn't always easy, especially if you don't have kids of your own. This will also help occupy any children while the adults are listening to your pitch, making it easier for the adults to give you their full attention. For even more impact, you could even add your own branded colouring pencils to go with it. 

Additionally we have created two fun versions of a children’s charter which will help children understand how they can help play their part in making sure the house sells. One of these gives simple kid-friendly tips, such as tidying their room and keeping their toys in check, to ensure the house is always ready for viewings. The second is a 'children's contract' to show good will to their parents. Again, you can customise these with your own branding.

What about for the adults of the house? 

We have lovely new magnetic bottle openers designed for you to give out to vendors at pitches. This is another promotional item that we have developed in response to member feedback, who wanted something that is practical and that people are sure to use regularly.
