Residential Agent Zone at FUTURE PropTech

Wednesday 24 April 2019

FUTURE PropTech has announced its conference programme for The Residential Agent Zone, which this year is brought to you in association with Tili Powered by Spark.

The conference, which is being held from Monday 13 until Tuesday 14 May aims to identify the benefits of technology for letting and residential agents with carefully curated content, specially sourced solutions providers and exclusive networking features which include free food and drink for all that attend.

The programme

This year’s programme has been curated to help residential and letting agents tackle key challenges such as the Tenant Fees Act and how alternative revenue can be generated as well how technology is helping companies win new business.

The format for the content is live, real-life case studies of success stories. Using case studies means visitors will learn from other agents who are successfully adopting Property Technology. In addition to case studies, there are panel discussions and presentations from individuals who have set themselves apart when exploring the benefits of tech for agents.

What’s on offer

The Residential Agents Zone is a cul-de-sac of leading companies presenting their solutions to drive your business and make you a leading service provider.

There are eight start-ups: Vaboo, Giraffe 360, My Smart Handyman, Property Provider, Loop Software, KeyZapp, ShowHouz and Credit Ladder. In addition to the start-ups they have a host of leading companies including Tili, Touchright Software, EuroLink, Inspect Real Estate, iStaging, Agent Software, Getrentr, Property Deck, eHouse, Goodlord and HMO Services in attendance.

All tickets include free food and drink that is served all day by Streetdots and includes beer and wine from midday.

Finally, all delegates are invited to an exclusive post-show networking event in one of London’s prime evening locations at our private event for delegates, speakers and exhibitors. This is set to be the biggest and best networking evening in the PropTech calendar, bringing the international PropTech community together for just one night. All drink, a free BBQ and live music are included in your ticket.

Further to the content on display, there is the PropTechDen which allows PropTech advocates and investors first-hand experience on what new technology is emerging. The first two companies to be revealed as part of the pitching process are; Giraffe 360 and My Smart Handyman.
