Anthony Hesse established Property Personnel 30 years ago and is still very much actively involved in running the company. Working with many of the leading estate agencies across London and the south east, his company has placed thousands of candidates from Trainee to Managing Director level in sales and lettings.

Mr Mark Hayward

Mr Mark Hayward

Mark Hayward is the Chief Executive of NAEA Propertymark and, having run a UK wide operation for one of the main high street banks, has extensive experience in sales, lettings, auctions and property management. Mark has worked closely with HM Government, in particular with Treasury, BEIS, the Home Office, Cabinet Office, Ministry of Justice, and with MHCLG helping shape legislation. In addition, aiding HMRC and NCA in identifying areas of risk around AML with emphasis on UWO and, in future, providing a Register of Overseas Beneficial Ownership.

Government’s intention to regulate the industry has resulted in the formation of ROPA (Regulation of Property Agents) group on which Mark sits.

He is on the Board of The Property Ombudsman, TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme), and the government’s Economic Crime Strategic Board.

Leanne Wright

Leanne is a Stakeholder Engagement Manager with HM Land Registry Local Land Charges Programme.  She is an experienced Account Manager working with Conveyancers, Search Intermediaries and other customers of HM Land Registry.  Leanne was involved with the rollout of Electronic Document Registration to Portal and Business Gateway customers.  Leanne is now working with external stakeholders to ensure HMLR customers are prepared for the change over to the new Local Land Charges service.

Lloyd is a nior Partner at Attwells Solicitors LLP, a leading property firm in East Anglia. Lloyd specialises in advising Estate Agents on legal matters specific to their industry, such as commission disputes, property misdescription, consumer protection regulations and Anti-Money Laundering.
