 A commercial and property litigator by trade, Rory acts for a wide variety of clients in the Private Letting Sector. He provides technical support and litigation services to all types of letting agents including UK-wide household names as well as to rental guarantee insurers. Rory has had a long association with ARLA in Scotland and operates the Scottish legal helpline for ARLA members.  Rory has also been a regular contributor to “The Agreement” magazine on Scottish legal issues.

He contributes regularly to seminars and conferences throughout Scotland in relation to all legal aspects of the private rented sector, as well as being invited to provide in-house training to letting agents and other organisations in the PRS.

Daryl is Propertymark’s Strategic Development Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland. Having amassed over 30 years’ experience in the property sector he regularly helps estate agents and letting agents to be compliant and supports them with their training and qualification needs, improving their knowledge and service levels in order they can meet their business growth objectives as well as their own legal obligations
