Most of us deal with the sale of at least a few listed buildings and houses in conservation areas. It is essential to have knowledge of the specific legislation surrounding these homes to protect against breaches of the Consumer Protection Regulations and to maximise what we can achieve for our clients and for ourselves. These types of property do not only command higher values, it is usually easier to secure higher fees and a good portfolio of period properties encourages further instructions and sales across the board.
