The 4 Methods of Sale to Increase Instructions

This course explains the four different ways to sell a property: auction, informal tender, formal tender and private treaty.

With the rise of online estate agents, it is more important than ever for property professionals to fully understand all the sales options open to their business. Many properties don’t fetch their highest values by private treaty, so this session will enable agents to maximise a client’s asset by choosing the right method of sale. Attendees will also understand how to use

Attendees will also understand how to use informal tender to best effect, and ways in which formal tenders can be a viable option to auctions. The course will also outline different forms of auctions and how to choose the right one for a particular sale.
