Effective Negotiation

This full day course provides practical advice about the art of negotiation. It looks at the entire sales process, from agreeing the initial asking price and commission terms, to managing price reductions and offers. The session will also cover more complex matters, such as how to deal with unexpected survey results.

Attendees will come away with a clear understanding of what they need to do in order to become highly skilled negotiators, including how to use a formal marketing plan to achieve a suitable price reduction. Delegates will also understand what to do during the crucial offer stage to ensure both sellers and buyers come away from the process happy.
