How Understanding Leasehold Issues Will Give You the Critical Edge as an Agent

This year leasehold has become a hot topic both politically and in the media. This means buyers and sellers have become more knowledgeable in issues like the lease length remaining on a property and the ground rent details. Leasehold properties account for around 25% of the total housing stock and understanding the options your clients have will give you a critical advantage over online agents.

This course will give you the latest comprehensive knowledge you need to successfully market and sell leasehold properties and the skills to advise your clients (and buyers) correctly on their options.

It will fully explain the legal rights of leaseholders and the various options you can recommend to your clients to help sell their properties. It will show you how to use the Land Registry to be fully informed on the issues of that property.
