Description

There is specific law relating to listed buildings, Conservation Areas and barn and chapel conversions.  Most estate agents come across these properties in some form or another and knowledge of the law is essential to help to increase instructions and to comply with CPRs. 

There is more than one type of Conservation Area and many ordinary properties located within them can be subject to stringent regulations.  Barn conversions are a staple of rural property sales and have their own restrictions and rules of which every country estate agent should have knowledge. 

This course also includes church and chapel conversions in towns and cities.
