Two days of training designed to support self study for the
Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property.
These courses will provide delegates with an intensive training
experience including some multi-choice questions at the end of
training for each unit.
Aims and Objectives
- To prepare the delegate to achieve the Technical Award in the
Sale of Residential Property in conjunction with their own
study activity
- To support and reinforce (not replace) delegate's self
study
- To improve delegate's depth of knowledge and understanding of
the subject matter covered in the course material
Delegates will ideally have 12 months experience in Residential
Sales.
All delegates need to be in possession of the Technical Award
Study material as this will be referred to throughout the day.
Delegates should be currently engaged in self study activity for
the qualification and be familiar with the Technical Award Study
material.
