Legislation affecting residential estate agents changes and increases year on year and the implications for not complying can be severe. Keeping abreast of the changes is essential. This session will highlight the recent changes in the law as well as providing delegates with an insight into all the relevant legislation and obligations. Practical compliance, best practice and problem solving will be a focus throughout.
