The introduction of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading
Regulations has created some overlap and duplication of
obligations, meaning that the Property Misdescriptions Act can no
longer be seen in isolation. This NEW comprehensive session
covers all aspects of trading standards compliance.
The Estate Agents act and The Property Misdescriptions Act are
covered in great detail, as is the new Consumer Protection from
Unfair Trading Regulations. This course will provide
delegates with a comprehensive insight into the new requirements
and an update/refresher on all the essential legislation and
obligations imposed on residential agents.
Practical compliance and problem solving will be a focus
throughout.
Delegates understanding of the most important legislation
affecting the profession will be increased in order to reduce risks
