Tim has worked in the residential property industry for in
excess of 25 years as an estate agent, letting & managing
agent, trainer and consultant, working with both single office
independent companies and multi office organisations throughout the
UK.
Tim has contributed to a number of articles in publications
including; The Estate Agent, Agreement Magazine, The Independent
and The Financial Times in relation to risk management and
residential property in the UK. He is a Fellow of the National
Association of Estate Agents and holds the Association's
Certificate in Residential Letting and Management.
