Michael Hare is a Partner at Harrogate based Feather Smailes
Scales LLP, chartered surveyors, property auctioneers, commercial
agents and residential letting and managing agents.
Michael is Partner in charge of the Commercial Department. A
graduate of Leicester Polytechnic, he qualified as a
Chartered Surveyor in 1980 and gained a Masters degree in law (LLM)
in advanced commercial property law in 2007.
He specialises in valuations, sales, lettings and acquisitions,
property management,and particularly rent reviews and lease
renewals.
He has recently stood down as an assessor for those seeking
chartered status via the RICS APC, he is also a regular contributor
of articles to Commercial Moves.
