David is a former Trading Standards
Officer.
He spent 20 years working within the service before setting up
his own consultancy business. In addition to training, he has for,
the past 15 years, been working with agents, both
proactively to reduce risks and reactively handling problems and
complaints.
His experience on both sides of the fence places him in a unique
position to advise agents on the whole range of trading standards
related matters.
As the NAEA Trading Standards Consultant he provides compliance
advice to members through the NAEA hot line service.
