New Level 4 Sale in Residential Property
Qualification
Registration for the NFoPP Awarding Body Level 4 Certificate in
Sale of Residential Property is now open. Visit the NFoPP

The new Level 4 Certificate in Sale of Residential Property
qualification comprises six new units and will build upon the
knowledge that has been gained in the Technical Award in Sale of
Residential Property. Please note that candidate registrations will
not be accepted unless the candidate already holds the relevant
full Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property.
Structure for the new Level 4 Certificate in Sale of
Residential Property
Unit 1
Health and Safety, Security and General Law †
Unit 2
Law Relating to Residential Property Sales †
†will have been achieved previously within a completed Technical
Award in Sale of Residential Property
The candidate must then complete all six of the new Certificate
units:

Practice relating to Residential Estate Agency
Unit
5
Market Appraisal and Valuation relating to Residential Estate
Agency
Unit

Building Design and Defects for Residential Estate Agency

Advanced Office Management
MOL (part of The Manchester College) will take the registration
fee and supply the study materials to support the six new
units. There will be one examination per unit - these will be
taken online at an approved test centre.
Upon successful achievement of the whole Level 4
Certificate in Sale of Residential Property, a candidate will then
be eligible to apply for Fellow Membership of NAEA.
