Fenn Wright reports growing success

NAEA Propertymark agents Fenn Wright, have reported amazing success for the month of August, going against the grain of summer trading, showing that high street agents with the right approach are still booming.

The Kesgrave branch has reported its most successful month for sales and exchanges since opening its doors back in February 2014. Year on year, the branch saw its agreed sales in August increase by 60 per cent, and the number of exchanges grow by 47 per cent. The Ipswich branch has also reported record breaking figures, with the branch experiencing a healthy increase in the volume of sales, exchanges and instructions.

Despite August traditionally being a slow month for sales, exchanges and instructions, Fenn Wright has bucked the trend, owing much of its success to the strength and expertise of the team.

Charles Wright, partner at the Fenn Wright said: “August has been a very successful month for the Kesgrave branch. We have found new homes for more people this month than ever before. This is all down to our team, which is second to none. We have worked tremendously hard to form a team of local property experts across all eight of our branches and it’s their dedication that has enabled us to set a new record.

“The quality of instructions that have been coming to the market in our area have been unparalleled. This has certainly helped to boost interest in our clients’ homes, but it’s our property consultants’ knowledge that has resulted in an increased volume of sales.”

After each property exchange, Fenn Wright asks its customers to undertake a satisfaction survey, of which, almost 100 per cent of Ipswich and Kesgrave customers in August said that they would recommend Fenn Wright’s services.
