NAEA members having their say

Friday 01 July 2016

While it has been an extraordinary week, organisations have fought to be heard within a busy and focused media agenda. NAEA has worked to deliver the findings of member research as a trusted authority for the property industry, refraining from unhelpful sensation or melodrama.

On Wednesday, NAEA released findings from member businesses in the Housing Market Report May 2016.  The findings have received widespread coverage across a broad range of pieces, referenced mid article in the Daily Mail and The Times in opinion pieces on subjects including ‘Remainers considering a move to Scotland’ and ‘Advice for Buyers, Sellers and Renters on how to weather the Brexit storm’.

Emily Cadman in, alongside a longer piece in FT Adviser covered the report’s insights, while in The Daily Telegraph Isabelle Fraser referenced NAEA’s findings alongside Nationwide’s House Price Index.

Property trade publications, Property Reporter, Property Week, Express and Star, AOL UK and Property Wire all covered the findings. The NAEA Survey questionnaire collecting data on business in June will be circulated later this week. Please ensure that you take a few minutes to take part to ensure that your voice is heard and the Housing Market report is fully representative of activity across the breadth and diversity of our membership.
