NAEA Conference 2016 receives rave reviews

Wednesday 24 February 2016

NAEA London Forum, held at the London Lancaster Hotel last Tuesday has received rave reviews from across the industry.

Brandon Lewis, who in a filmed contribution praised the industry for being ‘valuable and much loved’, attracted comment from Property Industry Eye while the event was widely discussed on social media with an 88% positive sentiment rating.

The programme included industry insight from Lucien Cook, Head of Residential Research at Savills alongside Peter Walker from Security Dialog who talked about three quarters of SMEs having been subject to cyber attacks - many without ever knowing it - and revealing to an increasingly aware  audience the live cyber attack map hosted by threat intelligence network NORSE.

The broad range of topics covered included inspiring insight from other sectors including Tony Anderson, the Marketing Director who worked alongside Stelios Haji-Ioannou in setting up EasyJet.  Anderson’s entertaining anecdotes combined the provocative brand building marketing stunts that can be effective using minimal resources with the extraordinary impact of having the right business leader at the right time.

Upcoming regional conferences include Edinburgh on 2 March, Cheshire on 10 March and Midlands on 3 May.
