Student members - don’t leave it too late to get qualified and upgrade.

Thursday 12 February 2015

Remember, as a student member, you have just two years from the date you joined in which to get qualified and upgrade to Member grade. If you do not qualify within this period your membership will be terminated and you will not be able to rejoin until you are qualified.

Qualifications are really important, for you and your customers. They help build your confidence, demonstrate professionalism, and are a clear indicator to members of the public - your potential customers - that you are a trustworthy and credible estate agent.

If you are a Student member, don’t leave it too late to get qualified and upgrade. Depending on your experience, you’ll need time to study and ensure you are ready for the examinations. For more information on the residential sales qualifications offered by the NFoPP Awarding Body, please go to https://www.nfopp-awardingbody.co.uk/qualifications/sale-of-residential-property

Once upgraded to the Member grade,  you will be able to advertise using designatory letters ‘MNAEA’ and will be able to advertise using the NAEA logo on personal stationery such as business cards . If your branch is NAEA Licensed, you will also be entitled to use the NAEA Licensed logo. Being an NAEA licensed member is a real selling point too and can help differentiate yourself from many of your competitors, by assuring your clients that you are regulated by NAEA.

Once you are qualified, please contact the Membership Team on 0845 250 6002 or email memberships@naea.co.uk to discuss your upgrade options and to ensure you continue to receive industry updates, the e-newsletter, Property Professional magazine, member discount rates on courses and events and lots more.
