Important changes to Primary Authority partnership

We are pleased to announce that we have now started auto-enrolling PPD member firms, based in England and Wales, to the Warwickshire County Council (WCC) Primary Authority Partnership (PAP).

In view of developments to the way in which the WCC PAP is operated we no longer require expressed permission to register our member firms to the scheme. Therefore if you are a PPD firm based in England and/or Wales, do not already belong to a Primary Authority Partnership and have not contacted us wishing to remain excluded from the scheme, we will start to input your data and register you accordingly.

Once the company data has been entered, the main PPD will receive an email from: noreply@primaryauthorityregister.info, confirming the inclusion of your company and sending the relevant associated paperwork.

To this effect, we suggest that all PPDs of member firms (England and Wales) take time to read the Primary Authority Terms and Conditions

If you, as a PPD, do not wish your company to be registered or you wish to receive further information please contact us on: members@nfopp-regulation.co.uk. Please note your company will cease to be covered under the PAP should the membership of all PPD’s cease or we are advised in writing by post or email that you wish to leave the scheme.
