Primary Authority reaches milestone

Wednesday 01 April 2015

Since Primary Authority was introduced in mid-2014, the take up has been good with agents keen to make their life easier with this free member benefit.

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve just reached a milestone as we now have 300 member organisations joined up!

James Greenaway, Team Manager for Trading Standards at Warwickshire County Council said: “Our first Primary Authority co-ordinated Partnership was with the National Federation of Property Professionals, and we are very pleased to see the number of legal entities joining the partnership exceed 300. Good regulation via assured advice removes red tape and inconsistency for small businesses, which is what businesses need as they seek to grow in the current financial climate. We believe our partnership will now mean that many more small businesses will have access to the same clear, consistent quality advice, wherever they are based in the Country.”

We also encourage our members to showcase their work by entering the Primary Authority Awards 2015. For details visit the How to enter the 2015 awards page on the Primary Authority Register and get your downloadable entry form.

Even if you don’t enter the awards organised by Department for Business, Innovation & Skills, let us know how you’ve benefited from our Primary Authority arrangement – email guyparker@nfopp.co.uk and we can do a feature for a future newsletter.

Our agency wants a piece of the action – how do I sign up?

For members not already signed up, please do so – it’s free and means you’ll benefit from assured consistent advice regardless of which country in England or Wales you and you properties are based. Just send your details to members@nfopp-regulation.co.uk with Primary Authority as the subject line.
