January 2013

Key findings:

  • Average number of house hunters registered per branch increased from 282 in December to 314 in January.
  • Average number of sales agreed per branch increased from 5 in December to 7 in January.
  • Average number of properties available for sale per branch decreased from 58 in December to 56 in January. 

February 2013

Key findings:

  • Average number of house hunters registered per branch decreased from 314 in January to 289 in February.
  • Average number of sales agreed per branch increased from 7 in January to 8 in February.
  • Average number of properties available for sale per branch increased from 56 in January to 58 in February.

March 2013

Key findings:

  • Average number of house hunters registered per branch decreased from 289 in February to 286 in March.  
  • Average number of sales agreed per branch remained the same in March as it was in February at 8.
  • Average number of properties available for sale per branch increased from 58 in February to 60 in March.

April 2013

Key findings:

  • Average number of house hunters registered per branch increased from 286 in March to 310 in April.
  • Average number of sales agreed per branch increased from 8 in Match to 9 in April.

May 2013
