Professional Recognition

NAEA is the UK's leading professional body for estate agents and has more than 50 years of experience. Using the designatory letters MNAEA, FNAEA or ANAEA after your name and displaying the NAEA logo tells clients and colleagues that you are a qualified professional and belong to a reputable, recognised professional body.

Free Legal Advice

The legal telephone helpline, provided by Dutton Gregory Solicitors is available to members five days a week, between the hours of 10am and 5pm. It is being run by eleven legally trained staff, to help NAEA members with all landlord and tenant enquiries, as well as immigration and general business law. This comes as an additional benefit to members at no extra cost.

 

Primary Authority Relationship with Trading Standards

Organisations which have an NAEA PPD member, irrespective of which county their business is in, are able to apply to join the co-ordinated partnership, free of charge, which is run in conjunction with Warwickshire County Council Trading Standards. Registered organisations will benefit from the assured, consistent and uniform advice on a range of matters subject to Trading Standards enforcement.

Book and Use our Offices

Our London office, The Sanctuary is available to use (by appointment only) free of charge for members along with our board room at Arbon House in Warwick. For more information on booking either venue is available in the Members' Area.
