NAEA is the UK's leading professional body for estate agents and has more than 50 years of experience. Using the designatory letters MNAEA, FNAEA or ANAEA after your name and displaying the NAEA logo tells clients and colleagues that you are a qualified professional and belong to a reputable, recognised professional body.


Free Legal Advice

NAEA LAWLINE, the NAEA legal telephone helpline is provided by Blythe Liggins Solicitors. The service which is provided as part of the membership package and incurs no extra cost provides members with support across a broad range of issues including advertising fees, Anti Money Laundering, terms of business and multiple agency agreements.


Primary Authority Relationship with Trading Standards

Organisations which have an NAEA PPD member, irrespective of which county their business is in, are able to apply to join the co-ordinated partnership, free of charge, which is run in conjunction with Warwickshire County Council Trading Standards. Registered organisations will benefit from the assured, consistent and uniform advice on a range of matters subject to Trading Standards enforcement.

Property Professional Magazine

Every two months members receive a copy of the Property Professional magazine, a stimulating and engaging publication that tackles the topical issues affecting our industry. Expect high profile interviews with leading industry figures, market intelligence information, legislation and regulation topics as well as updates on the activities of your association.



Every fortnight we send out our e-newsletter containing vital industry and association updates. Each issue aims to bring you up-to-date with the latest industry developments, legislative changes as well as upcoming courses, events and masterclasses.
