Mark ran a UK-wide estate agency operation, covering sales, lettings and property management. He was also a director of a national financial services company. Subsequent to a successful MBO, he created a multi-disciplined firm covering all aspects of property.

Exiting this, Mark has acted as a consultant to developers national and regional, Housing Associations, city funds and property companies large and small, and has been MD of NAEA since 2013.

 A former estate agent and MD of a multi-disciplinary property consultancy, Duncan has been involved for several years in designing and implementing innovative information management systems for businesses and large projects, including a key element of the London Olympics.

With the exponential growth in cyber-crime and the imminent introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations, (GDPR) Duncan, as MD of Millbridge Systems Cyber Security, has been helping organisations understand what reasonable, proportionate and cost-effective steps they should take to protect themselves.
