Tony and Angelo Piccirillo were estate agents who were so fed up with solicitors damaging their agency profit that they created AVRillo, the most awarded conveyancing solicitors in the UK.  Agents across the UK now use them because of their ability to increase profits by 28%, an average £98,000, by reducing the national fall through rate from 37% to a record 9%.
