 A former estate agent and MD of a multi-disciplinary property consultancy, Duncan has been involved for several years in designing and implementing innovative information management systems for businesses and large projects, including a key element of the London Olympics.

With the exponential growth in cyber-crime and the imminent introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations, (GDPR) Duncan, as MD of Millbridge Systems Cyber Security, has been helping organisations understand what reasonable, proportionate and cost-effective steps they should take to protect themselves.

Amy started working at TPO as an Adjudicator in 2013 and is now a senior member of the team of 30 Adjudicators and Resolution Officers who consider, and provide a fair resolution to, all cases referred to TPO.

 

The role of the Property Ombudsman is to resolve disputes between buyers, sellers, tenants or landlords of property in the UK and Agents.  The Ombudsman also has a responsibility to contribute towards establishing best practice in the property agency sector.  Summaries of cases are regularly published and the Annual Report highlights significant matters within the industry.

Coming from a background in customer service and spending way too much free time on the internet, he understands what customers want and how to give it to them in a digital format. Mark ran a UK-wide estate agency operation, covering sales, lettings and property management. He was also a director of a national financial services company. Subsequent to a successful MBO, he created a multi-disciplined firm covering all aspects of property.

Exiting this, Mark has acted as a consultant to developers national and regional, Housing Associations, city funds and property companies large and small, and has been MD of NAEA since 2013.

Katie is the President of NAEA Propertymark, with over twenty years’ experience across all disciplines in estate agency including residential, commercial, lettings, agricultural, and lettings. She is a qualified RICS chartered surveyor and runs her own award winning multi-practice agency located in the South West of England. Katie is a passionate advocate for the property industry, committed to raising standards, sharing best practice and developing future talent. Having experience in both big city and rural agency she has a good understanding of the challenges facing agents across the country. Katie sits on the National Association of Estate Agents board, Propertymark Board and the National Advisory Council for the Guild of Property Professionals.
