Jason has a wealth of agency experience with over 20 years working in Corporate and Independent agents, with the last 5 years working within Live and Online auctions across the country.  Jason is very passionate about Auctions and thrives on bringing the service to more agents and vendors with a huge focus on service.

Russell Griffin, MNAEA, MARLA, from Shrewsbury is married with a young son and is an accomplished musician.  He started his career in property 30 years ago, training in Shropshire and went on later to work in Birmingham and Wolverhampton, gaining valuable experience in the City’s property market.  He is based predominantly in the agency’s Shrewsbury office.

Mark ran a UK-wide estate agency operation, covering sales, lettings and property management. He was also a director of a national financial services company. Subsequent to a successful MBO, he created a multi-disciplined firm covering all aspects of property.

Exiting this, Mark has acted as a consultant to developers national and regional, Housing Associations, city funds and property companies large and small, and has been MD of NAEA since 2013.

Before joining the Property Ombudsman Jane worked as a solicitor in private practice.  Jane started working at TPO as a Case Officer in 2007 and now, as Deputy Ombudsman, she leads a team of 30 Adjudicators and Dispute Resolution Advisors in considering and providing a fair resolution to all cases referred to TPO.

The role of the Property Ombudsman is to resolve disputes between buyers, sellers, tenants or landlords of property in the UK and Agents.  The Ombudsman also has a responsibility to contribute towards establishing best practice in the property agency sector.  Summaries of cases are regularly published and the Annual Report highlights significant matters within the industry.
