Nathan has over 26 years' experience in the UK property market operating at Partner and Director level in a high performance environment. Originating from a full multi discipline agency background he has a mind for system implementation and delivering front end results. Versatile across residential sales and lettings and used to working with both small and large teams.

Mark ran a UK-wide estate agency operation, covering sales, lettings and property management. He was also a director of a national financial services company. Subsequent to a successful MBO, he created a multi-disciplined firm covering all aspects of property.

Exiting this, Mark has acted as a consultant to developers national and regional, Housing Associations, city funds and property companies large and small, and has been MD of NAEA since 2013.

The Property Ombudsman

Katrine Sporle CBE became The Property Ombudsman on 1st November 2015. Previously, Katrine was Chief Executive of the Planning Inspectorate for England and Wales. Prior to that, Katrine was Chief Executive of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council. The role of the Property Ombudsman is to resolve disputes between buyers, sellers, tenants or landlords of property in the UK and Agents.  The Ombudsman also has a responsibility to contribute towards establishing best practice in the property agency sector.  Summaries of cases are regularly published and the Annual Report highlights significant matters within the industry.
