NAEA President

Katie is the President of NAEA Propertymark, with over twenty years’ experience across all disciplines in estate agency including residential, commercial, lettings, agricultural, and lettings. She is a qualified RICS chartered surveyor and runs her own award winning multi-practice agency located in the South West of England. Katie is a passionate advocate for the property industry, committed to raising standards, sharing best practice and developing future talent. Having experience in both big city and rural agency she has a good understanding of the challenges facing agents across the country. Katie sits on the National Association of Estate Agents board, Propertymark Board and the National Advisory Council for the Guild of Property Professionals.


Kevin Lemasney

Kevin is the Director of High Value Residency in Jersey, Channel Islands.

Kevin acts as an ambassador for Jersey, leading and directing the marketing and promotion of the Island as an attractive location for high net worth families. Kevin is the single point of contact for all interested and existing high net worth families and works with them on the relocation of their families and businesses to Jersey.

The role includes making high-level presentations to wealthy investors or their representatives, raising awareness of the Island’s status as an internationally recognised business and finance centre of excellence and working closely with colleagues in other States Departments .

Neil Martin has a vast wealth of knowledge about information technology, sales and marketing enabled him to launch an online business that received over 1 million visits in the first 18 months. Neil is an in-demand speaker on personal branding and creating an online presence.

Neil’s experiences have been featured by various media including the BBC, the Huffington Post, Thrive Magazine and the documentary Super Juice Me,  he is also an award winning speaker who can regularly be found sharing his story and strategies to help inspire others at seminars and events throughout the UK and internationally.

Neil’s talk is aimed specifically at those in a position where they are looking for customers, deals, leads, contacts or for J.V’s to be drawn to them, helping professionals and experts free themselves up from the burden of advertising costs, instead utilising their knowledge and expertise to attract business.

Mark ran a UK-wide estate agency operation, covering sales, lettings and property management. He was also a director of a national financial services company. Subsequent to a successful MBO, he created a multi-disciplined firm covering all aspects of property.

Exiting this, Mark has acted as a consultant to developers national and regional, Housing Associations, city funds and property companies large and small, and has been MD of NAEA since 2013.
